Each category is worth up to 20 points, for a total possible score of 100. The closest overall score wins the pot.

- Scores cannot go below 0 in any category.
- Birth measurements are rounded to match guess format before scoring (time to nearest hour, weight to 1 decimal, length to nearest cm).
- Time is scored symmetrically — the same number of hours before or after the birth time receives the same score.
- In the case of a tie, the winners split the pot equally.
